Personal data protection code

We wish to inform visitors to www.acilbastione.it that Leg. Dec. 196 of 30 June 2003 (Personal Data Protection Code) provides for the protection of individuals and other parties with regard to the processing of their personal data.

Pursuant to and for purposes of this law, the processing done is marked by the principles of accuracy, lawfulness, transparency and protection of confidentiality and of the visitor’s rights.
Pursuant to art. 13 of Leg. Dec. N. 196/2003, the following information is provided in reference solely to the site www.acilbastione.it and not to any other sites that may be visited by links, for which it is suggested that you read the relative notices issued by the individual owners of the cited sites.
The present notice involves processing operations relating to the personal data received via the sending of e-mails and/or compilation of forms (cf. “Contacts” area).
The personal data given by you to ASSOCIAZIONE CULTURALE IL BASTIONE will be entered into the Company’s databank and will be processed using computer and/.or manual procedures.
The processing and collection of your data as specified above take the form of the operations provided for by art. 4, par. 1.a) of Leg. Dec. 196/2003.

These operations are performed for the specific purposes of:

a. Customer management
(customer admin., contract admin., orders, shipments and invoices, reliability and solvency checks);

b. Supplier management
(supplier admin., contract admin., orders, arrivals and invoices; selection in relation to company needs);

c. Informational activities
(sending of informational materials on specific techniques relating to products supplied by ASSOCIAZIONE CULTURALE IL BASTIONE based on requests received through the site).

The personal data collected by ASSOCIAZIONE CULTURALE IL BASTIONE, via the Internet, will be utilised for its own business (as stated above) and will not be disclosed or communicated to third parties.
The visitor may exercise his right to challenge as provided by art. 7 of Leg. Dec. 196/2003 (quoted in full), according to the terms and conditions of art. 9, addressing the request to ASSOCIAZIONE CULTURALE IL BASTIONE, the Principal for processing purposes, in hard copy to the addresses indicated above or electronically to the e-mail address info@www. acilbastione.it, indicating in the subject line if this is a challenge pursuant to art. 7 Leg. Dec. 196/03.

The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of personal data involving him, even if not yet recorded, and to have them communicated in intelligible form.
The interested party is entitled to obtain:
a) the origin of the personal data;
b) the purposes and conditions of their treatment;
c) the logic applied in the case of treatment conducted using electronic instruments;
d) the identifying particulars of the Principal, Responsible Parties and Designated Representative pursuant to art. 5, par. 2;
e) the parties or categories of parties to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them as designated representative within the territory of the State of Responsible Parties.

the interested party is entitled to:
a) have the data updated, corrected, or, if it is in his interest, supplemented;
b) the deletion, conversion into anonymous form or the blocking of data treated in violation of the law, including data which it is not necessary to keep in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed;
c) certification that the operations described at letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, including with regard to their content, of those to whom the data were communicated or disclosed, except in the event that said procedure proves impossible or involves a use of means manifestly disproportionate with respect to the right protected. the interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of the data regarding him, even if relevant for the purposes for which they were collected;
b) the processing of personal data regarding him for purposes of sending advertising or direct-sales materials or to conduct market research or business communication.
